The laws violate the First Amendment because they require social media sites to abjure most content moderation, and platform speech they disapprove of.

Huh, it's always a surprise when the current court actually sides with the people.

It's more than surprising, imo. If there was any way for them to issue a ruling that both appeased corporate America while also running contrary to the will of the people, they would do it. It just so happens that corporations not wanting to spend money on content moderation also happens to align with free speech protections.

See my comment above. The Court is conservative, not partisan. And excepting Thomas, they don't appear to be bought and paid for.

I'm no fan of this court. They've done monstrous damage to America, and I expect them to do more. But they don't side with corporations or the GOP. Again, see the links I posted.
