Bloodborne

Ludwig's Holy Blade seems to be one of the most played weapons in the game, beloved by the community. I didn't ever get the appeal, personally, though.

It's super slow and clunky, I feel like, and it doesn't have any cool gimmicks like most other weapons do. I think it's a good quality weapon (as in both good for strength as well as dex) but apart from that, I don't see it. Am I missing something?
