Ottawa appeals court decision finding its use of Emergencies Act was unreasonable

I worry that a certain sector of our population will never believe that any action was reasonable, simply because of the people involved.
As they're often members of another group exhibiting other qualities, we can hope a rising tide will lift all boats in an intellectual manner.
