It seems like they might have invented the Hamas connection of UNRWA as part of their starvation tactic against Gaza.

Yes and It came out right after the ICJ ruling. This was to try and divert attention from Israel being labeled as having plausibly committed genocide. Netenyahu always had a boner for unrwa because it would clear the way to making Palestinians die or move out of Gaza but the timing here was literally at the foot of the ICJ announcement.

The worst part about it is these people are not uneducated, they know what they're doing and what the consequences are. Modern day Nazis.
