It took me a while to recognize Roy - at first I assumed the person I didn't recognize was a non-actor. The actor playing Pam is in a very Pam-esque pose. The opposite (smile, necklace, unbuttoned shirt) goes for the actor playing Dwight (he looks like Dwight in the episode when Dwight hits his head and has a friendly personality change)
