What's the original context? I remember stuff about Gay frogs so I'm sure it's related to that but I don't know who the guy in the picture is.

Alex Jones down there at the bottom is on record, along with many other complaints of partial or dubious veracity, as saying 'they' are putting chemicals in the water to turn the FRICKIN' FROGS GAY
