Every time a liberal tries to tell me how great Biden is doing it seems like they're being sarcastic too until I realize they're actually dead serious so who knows.
When you have snopes writing articles saying it's a lie to say Biden tripped going up the stairs and they say it's a lie because he didn't trip he just caught his foot on the step leading to brief uncontrolled forward momentum it's pretty hard to decipher if they're actually being genuine.

I'm more concerned about his mental grasp than his ability to walk and they are both declining. Compare Biden's speech within the last few months with 2020 campaign speeches, and he had clearly lost ground at that time too. But anyway the twitter account still appears to have pretty shitty politics.

This comment is correct. The tweet is a joke. The tweeter is a right wing guy who is most known for heckling the white house press secretary and a contributor to Fox News.
Search his name on youtube, "Simon Ateba". The top results are like 3 separate times that he was interviewed on Fox news and then there's a several videos of him heckling during the white house press briefings. During the press briefing, he interrupts the speaker and shouts: "This is not China. This is not Russia. We are in America." He is saying that like China and Russia are evil authoritarian, but the US is good Free Speech (tm). The other journalists tell him to stop interrupting.
This is not a denial that Brandon is not walking badly or suffering from dementia. I am pointing out that the tweet is a sarcastic joke by a right winger and not some delusional Bidenist.
