The biggest german speaking instance is feddit.de

Hay eslemmy.es pero no hay mucho ahí. También hay feddit.cl pero es más para chilenos

There's feddit.it in Italian and feddit.ro in Romanian.

Analog to other instances, feddit.ch is the largest swiss instance :)

I have not spent time on it (I am not a native French speaker) but it looks like jlai.lu is a somewhat active French instance. The name basically translates to “I have read it” in English.
