(Reuters) - The White House on Friday proposed reforms to the environmental review process for new energy projects that it said would help speed up permitting for electric transmission and other projects needed to curb emissions linked to climate change.

If you go to the post and click "more" you can copy the URL to post on kbin, or you can get the URL to post on another federated instance. It should copy the link, and you could post in another magazine. You may have to add "Crosspost from /m/news" in the title.

I can't imagine this kind of oversight approach works. People will always find a loophole.
