If you can lay in the street drunk and keep your job as a politician, you can definitely ride a horse in swimmers, can't believe this even made the news.

News, eh, why not. The gristle of puff. Official censure? That's bullshit
Ok, this is ridiculous. At least they backed down.
This is the best summary I could come up with:
Equestrian Australia has cleared three-time Olympian Shane Rose of wrongdoing after investigating a complaint about his attire during a fancy dress event last weekend.
Rose was stood down from competition for several days for wearing an orange mankini during a showjumping event, after concerns were raised to Equestrian Australia.
It made a number of recommendations including working closely with clubs and stakeholders to assess minimum dress standards for future events.
Equestrian Australia head Darren Gocher said he had an obligation to look in to "concerns of this nature" and said the sport is made up of "wonderful individuals."
"Now it is time to focus on the job ahead and try to get Australian Equestrian in the media for a more positive reason, an Olympic Gold Medal."
One of Australia's most celebrated Olympic equestrians, Vicki Roycroft, has defended Rose, saying it's "crazy" he has been investigated over the incident.
