DO BETTER

Some parents have children just to get money from the government. Those "parents" don't care about their children. They're NOT going to "do better".

"Let's blame the parents for their kids getting shot so we don't have to do anything to solve the problem."

As always, Milwaukee is run by worthless, uncaring, and irresponsible degenerates.
