I know those 510 carts get a bad rap from some people, but they sure make it easy to discreetly take a hoot around family.
I’ve contemplated making my own, but there’s some equipment to buy first…
I bought some bulk distillate and used a syringe to refill a few carts and bought a few refillables. It was messy and results inconsistent, though my biggest hurdle is all these carts seem to get distillate up the mouthpiece and clog up.
Interesting.
I heard the viscosity of the mix is one of the larger hurdles.
My thought was to use bubble hash, heat pressed or ISO and dilute it, flavor it and fill the carts. Would do it with my own flower, not bulk bought stuff.
Also, the refillable carts I was looking at recommended to only use them once anyways. They are technically refillable since it’s a silicone seal, not a mechanical one.
I use them to top up my high when I feel like a whole bowl would be too much.
