Why are you taking medication? From what I know you are a young woman. If it is for mental health please don't. You are better of going to the gym, meeting some friends, going jogging, etc.
There is a youtuber who talks about health. One of his recent videos was about detox from sugar. He said that for several weeks one would feel tired. I think you can say the same thing for detox from other thing since you are not doing a thing that your body has gotten used to.
For meditations look at Jon Kabat-Zinn. His meditations are longer but you feel so good after them. You might want to sail the seven sees if you want to get them for cheep (aka $0)
