He knows this. The US supports Israel unconditionally, because it's their main foothold for carrying out imperialism in the middle east. Biden himself said in 1986 that if there was no Israel, they would have to invent one.
He's calling Netamyahu out because what Israel is doing is really bad for PR and it has become very hard to sweep under the rug, but the US continues to send weapons and funding to Israel anyway.
All the octogenarians in government and the boomers taking up space in the workforce too, they all need mandatory retirement.
