People underestimate how many features like this don't start out as self-service, because developing them that way is a lot more work for uncommon operations than having one guy manually address a queue at the end of the day/week.
Yeah it's you check Ernest's update post from yesterday, he said he's working on it. He also gave a way to contact him directly for deleting accounts in the meantime while he gets it fixed
