Nicolas Benjamin Donovan, better known as Nic D, is an independent Christian hip hop artist out of Culpeper, Virginia. He has a large following on his TikTok account and many of his “mini jam sessions” in his car have gone viral.
Nic made music as a high school hobby, but started seriously pursuing a music career in January of 2019 and had a streak of releasing songs twice a month during that year. He works as a photographer and cinematographer to support his wife and son, but his goal is to quit his job to become a full time artist.
