Engineering company taken over by financiers to play money games instead. It's been a long time since their leader was a engineer.
Money games are fine and good, but society needs people to do actual quality work sometimes. So maybe keep money games out of life critical systems
Unconditional government bailouts and subsidies
Board of directors that has a profit over all else policy, like most boards
