Don't think it's Randall himself but seems to be a partnership.

What If? The Video Series is the official adaptation of the 'What If?' books by Randall Munroe (xkcd.com) and is produced by Neptune Studios LLC

Sort of. He's only narrating the videos while other people are producing it though, so I doubt he's that involved. All these videos are adaptations of his book "What If?"
