Looks like about 3kW or more of panels, pretty impressive for an apartment. I could run my house on that much juice.

If I had to guess, these are used panels that aren't putting out maximum power anymore but we're cheap. Either that or a bitcoin farm.

The only comment I could make is I feel sorry for the poor shlub who shares that backyard, because they may experience some glare. Other than that, I want one.

Solar Panels don't glare much. Any glare would be wasted energy.
