It's hilarious that Joe Biden, known for being an empty suit on every issue except for Israel, and losing an election on that one issue that he will never compromise on, is incredibly funny.

[–] 420blazeit69@hexbear.net 55 points 2 years ago

Plus the fact that he's tanking to support a government that prefers Trump anyway. You're not even going to the mat for an actual ally.

turn it all around joe. win back my vote (which you never had you fucker are the reason i am a second class citizen)

propose a massive special forces operation and decapitation strike against israeli leadership. seize all their WMDs. we know where they are.

have our "inspectors" walk in, toss off their suits and start gunning down everyone at IDF nuclear facilities. i'm sure they'll appreciate the use of the tactic.

buy off their armed forces, U.N. occupation.

nothing less.

sicko-wistful Dreaming of a world of a world where USA military might is used for any kind of good

[–] Des@hexbear.net 8 points 2 years ago

only way is basically to play hearts of iron and turn the US communist and then cry later

FOUR MORE WARS! FOUR MORE WARS!

[–] wtypstanaccount04@hexbear.net 46 points 2 years ago (4 children)

What the hell is this chart? Why did they just skip 3 years of data??

[–] axont@hexbear.net 36 points 2 years ago* (last edited 2 years ago)

Well they're measuring poll data of Biden versus Trump in a general election. Their data stops in November of 2020 because Biden won that election and there hasn't been polling comparing them as presidential candidates in three years.

They are skipping around a lot though

[–] Evilphd666@hexbear.net 25 points 2 years ago

Thats some Fox news selective data smoothing shit right there.

The space from Jun 2020 to Aug 2020 is smaller than the space from Aug 2020 to Oct 2020. Jun 2023 to Nov 2023 is smaller than either of those. This chart is all sorts of fucked.

Upon closer inspection, this seems to be two different graphs with white backgrounds placed against another white background with an ever so slightly different shade of white. This is still a scummy way of showing graphs.

[–] happybadger@hexbear.net 41 points 2 years ago

I still think he has time to turn it around and win the hearts of Americans if Biden uses the slogan "1 vote = 1 dead child". He'd win with FDR numbers.

Labour party UK has had their Muslim voter base halved

Fucking idiots

[–] zifnab25@hexbear.net 22 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Legitimately like they're trying to lose

[–] italktothewind@hexbear.net 12 points 2 years ago

tbf at least in the UK Starmer will win even without Muslims I think. the gap is so large because of how unpopular Rishi is (and how the UK falling into irrelevance is entirely blamed on the Tories rather than on much more systemic issues)

[–] iridaniotter@hexbear.net 18 points 2 years ago

Idiots? It doesn't matter which of the two bourgeois parties wins from their point of view. Although I will once again tap the sign...

[–] FuckyWucky@hexbear.net 39 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Tbf his decline happened earlier with all the greedflation resulting in negative real wage growth throughout 2022.

Sure Gaza made it worse. Even normie liberals can now see the brutality regardless of how little they care about them.

[–] jackmarxist@hexbear.net 27 points 2 years ago (1 children)

The thing is that normie liberals are still going to vote for him instead of a third party.

[–] somename@hexbear.net 18 points 2 years ago

It does lower voter enthusiasm and turnout though, regardless if it doesn’t flip them to another party.

[–] dumpster_dove@hexbear.net 38 points 2 years ago (4 children)

Bet they're hiring PR people and brainstorming on what spectacle they can present to get the young vote back without changing their politics, as one does in a true democracy. What if Joe live streams Palworld? ..He doesn't understand how a computer mouse works? I guess we'll settle for a photoshoot.

[–] FnordPrefect@hexbear.net 34 points 2 years ago

dem "I don't know who created Palworld...but I'm trying to figure out how to get them to vote for a Pal-estine free-world!"

It’s the political equivalent of thinking you can lose weight by just popping the right diet pills instead of changing how you eat and exercising.

Moment of silence for HydroxyCut II, which was pulled from the market after it was found to contain what was essentially meth.

[–] Evilphd666@hexbear.net 8 points 2 years ago

Want a taste? (cw zionist, extreme liberalism )

https://hillharper.com/

Get a B tier young Black actor who went to fancy government school and wanted to use his acting skills to run as "an outsider" in the Michigan senate primary where the party candidate is a straight up CIA agent. Keep them in the party.

Then bank on the dumb masses just voting straight Dem ticket in the general because it's easier and lazier than researching every candidate. They'll be more excited for Senator Token LIB and poof DaBiden back into office without them even thinking of the genocide and wars.

Oh look another candidate with no foreign policy that will be pivotal on foreign policy measures.

[–] RyanGosling@hexbear.net 7 points 2 years ago

It seems like he's not doing anything let alone hiring PR people lol. Obama complained to his advisors saying none of his election staff members are doing anything

[–] CommunistCuddlefish@hexbear.net 36 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Not gonna lie, my experience with white liberals is that they are so racist and hate Muslims and brown people so much that I expect they'll turn up in droves to vote for Biden and these polls are just skewed. They're so coddled and self-centered that they think Trump was the worst thing to ever happen, and why would they risk letting him back into power in order to protest a genocide they likely support?

[–] GrouchyGrouse@hexbear.net 28 points 2 years ago (2 children)

Trump just did what they all wanted but with 10% more intensity and 100% more impropriety. The real sin.

[–] BurgerPunk@hexbear.net 19 points 2 years ago

I remember media libs in 2016 saying something along the lines "Trump says things you wish you could say" followed by a "but..."

They basically told on themselves in real time

[–] footfaults@hexbear.net 14 points 2 years ago (1 children)

Trump just had bad manners, that's the only thing they disliked

[–] huf@hexbear.net 8 points 2 years ago

he also had badly fitting suits, dont forget!

[–] milistanaccount09@hexbear.net 34 points 2 years ago* (last edited 2 years ago)

It says Oct 2020 though

Edit: ok oct 2023 is still on the chart and part of this big decline. The graph break is still weird but it is funny

[–] jaeme@hexbear.net 27 points 2 years ago
[–] BlueMagaChud@hexbear.net 24 points 2 years ago

just you wait, he's going to cure cancer any minute now

[–] Rom@hexbear.net 21 points 2 years ago

How could the tankies do this

[–] CthulhusIntern@hexbear.net 14 points 2 years ago (1 children)

It would be so funny if Biden loses, but down ticket, Republicans lose ground.

[–] idkmybffjoeysteel@hexbear.net 14 points 2 years ago

That's kinda funny. Draw a straight line from June to November so it looks like the trend started before October. Maybe it did, but probably not if they chose to present it like that.

Lmao wtf they just cut the graph
