I don't know where pp stands based on that statement. But this isn't letting parents raise their kids. This is letting the government decide what's best for parents.

Considering it bans puberty blockers for children under 15 (and is there much point in a puberty blocker... Post puberty), this blocks parents from deciding what's best for their children.
