Interesting that the three teams(germany, spain and netherlands) that were powerhouses during the period between 2008 and 2016 are struggling now

Petkovic is such a strange player.

I didn't watch this game, so no idea if this was a one-off moment, but he sometimes looks like a real talent and then other times looks like someone from Sunday league.
