What is this genre of music called, and where can I find more of it? I'm just trying to listen to something outside of folk punk for once

Idk it just sounds like punk rock to me.

Institutionalized by Suicidal Tendencies sounds similar to my ear.

That's 1000% thrash metal. Of the Big 4 you'd probably like Anthrax the most but I'll also branch out and say you'd really like Municipal Waste and Nuclear Assault, they're very similar.
