This is a small change that sounds good. I'd live to know whatvthe builder's opinions on it are though.

Like, is the extra work spent on the "Life Cycle Assessment" worth the fast track approval?

I think the devil will be in the detail on this.

Is there a prescriptive target energy use target of kw required per unit volume of building?

Or is it one of those points/star systems that industry can game.

Good point. I'm terrible at reading technical data sheets like this. But best i can find is the table in the picture here. I'll see if i can upload the whole info sheet though.
