Have you ever looked into just how little you would make caring for kids?

When I was looking for a new job in 2022, there was a posting for the head/director of one of these facilities near me, for $19.25/hour.

Then remember that you generally need some type of certification/training/registration, and that you are also responsible for the lives of multiple children, dealing with food allergies, play time, cleaning/disinfecting everything, and also dealing with their parents.
