This note goes under the wiper of any car parked like an asshole, including cars in handicapped spots with no permit shown. Bonus fun if the car is REALLY nice and you can stick around to see their reaction and subsequent inspection trying to find the damage.
I've never seen that and it's sooooo concerning.
