Also wear ear plugs if you go to a concert! Went to a warehouse show recently and the music was SO FUCKING LOUD I couldn't imagine ppl could rawdog it with their ears but there were plenty of folks there doing so!!

I want to protect my ears (getting minor tinnitus issues where I occasionally hear ringing) but I don't like things in my ears. Am I doomed?

Luckily I dont play COD or Fortnite.
A kid I went to high school with a kid used to blast his ska music at full blast with headphones on and I imagine that caused some damage.
I always turn everything down until it's just above the threshold where you can hear stuff.

I'm the only person I know that games using speakers. Headphones seem to be the common thing. Can't do it they're too uncomfortable and tbh i only really like them if I'm playing a horror game otherwise i fire up a pod on my phone and play at the same time.
this is probably how I got to tinnitus
life hack: I don't have headphones and i have to use the shitty built in monitor speaker
