Layers, a spot of bold color, with a blend of comfort and style that takes old fashion looks and brings them forward in time. Also, cuffed pants.

They all seemed to follow many rules, save for the guy in the condom hat. Swing and a miss.

Some of the looks in there are just plain awful. It's really frustrating to me that people can throw a bunch of random shit together and others call it high fashion as long as it looks expensive.
