CPUSA and FRSO also have a good relationship with each other.

is that supposed to make me like CPUSA more or FRSO less?

If you live in the US you should probably like both of them. Neither are perfect but in a world completely and utterly dominated by pure unadulterated neoliberal capitalism, being too picky about your comrades isn't helpful. It's exactly what the capitalists want. Sectarianism is the way they beat us, unity is the way we win.

Down below everyone is welcome to tear me up because I don't know some super hidden thing these orgs did once that isn't perfectly leftist and we can argue like ultras eternally while the capitalists continue to destroy everyone we love

Neither lol

It's just me expressing my admiration of FRSO

i haven't heard anything good about CPUSA since... i dunno, probably more recently than Debs but not actual recently

[–] Pluto@hexbear.net 1 points 2 years ago

I'm aware. I try not to wax poetic about CPUSA because I'm obviously biased about it unless people ask me to do so.

Don't know what you mean by... Debs? You mean Eugene Debs? Hahah

CPUSA has been trending the right way. It's mostly national leadership lagging behind. Every congress takes a huge step in the right direction, and I believe the next one is this year.

Didn't FRSO have a split years ago? I think both groups kept the name. FRSO.org seems to be the original group that kept a ML line.

That was a long time ago

https://frso.org/statements/stand-with-yemen-as-it-stands-with-palestine/

the fact this wasn't linked here, let alone with the video really rubs me the wrong way, but i've only just woken up.

anyway, i'm frustrated how few sources seem to acknowledge the Australian military is involved in the attacks on Yemen. After reading the cpusa statement on the oct7th escalation i was reminded they didn't mention the PFLP at all, only israeli parties which i found bizzar.

I cannot find the source for this post, but the statement I've read from Houthi leaders in Yemen was very inspiring if anyone hasn't seen it https://www.instagram.com/p/C1_gQosL9hT/

this is the closest I could find, vut I didn't look very hard https://nitter.net/MarioNawfal/status/1737132854650277901
