"Compensatory gesture". I assume that means Delta vouchers that expire at end of year that have blackout dates around Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Have we reached peak capitalism? Can we try something new yet? It's 2023 and social media is not a surprise to anyone; Delta knew the optics would be bad and still opted to treat customers worse than animals to save a few bucks in penalties.
