Nice. I admit I don't know much about the fighting community or even the Smash community other than there being a misogyny problem
There is a huge misogyny problem or really cluster of problems, but most FG communities (Smash included) are very multiracial. There's also obviously a bit of an orientalism issue towards East Asia (varying types based on the country), but overwhelmingly the biggest issue is getting the community away from weird channer types like you see on r / kappa who are terminally pornbrained and think that a female character wearing a skintight one-piece is the woke mob assailing their combat bikinis.
Lol I went to probably dozens of tournaments over years during the peak of /r/kappa and I never saw one of those dorks in person ever.
