Whatever you decide I would make sure you get some spare parts ahead of time

Spare parts? Like what?
If you're doing things like player trays or cupholders, if you are using leafs etc
It is also worthwhile to get full details of any stains and top coats (names, manufacturer, part number), we've used our table stain for other furniture in the room, and it looks great together.
We've got a table that's big, and a two part topper is critical, otherwise, it's too heavy. One thing our table has that's nicer than I expected was a card rail, essentially a small routed groove around the perimeter that can hold playing cards.
There are a lot of companies out there though, it's worth it to look at what they all do. https://www.allplay.com/ has a customizer that gives you an idea of how much gaming space you have AND how much dining space that equals. (You can select a game and see how much of the play space it takes)
We got cup holders and drawers, the drawers are neat, but unneeded, and the cup holders are used weekly.
