Its an ill-conceived and poorly implemented technology, so of course The Economist writes are spinning up fan fictions about fancy graph algorithms as complex civilizations.

Being autocracies, Saudi Arabia and the uae can move faster than democratic governments, which must heed voters’ concerns about ai’s impact on things like privacy and jobs

They can also plough money into developing human capital
