Man with terminal liver damage said he will phase out his alcohol consumption by 2035 and pay other people to not drink to offset his consumption. He's also looking into "net zero" alternative by means of puking his guts out after heavy drinking.
On the flip side, said man gets most of his booze from a distiller who is ramping up production of thorium powered energy drinks.
I wish I didn't have to be so proud of China being basically the only country to do anything meaningful about this.
But I am.
