I am always convinced that overly targeted t shirt pics like this are just trolling photoshops made to enrage the general viewer

This is definitely shopped. I can tell by the pixels.

Seriously though the shirt is creased but the text isn't, and it's rolling onto the flat arms, it wouldn't work at all.

This happens for a lot of targeted ads, some targeted text is just overlayed over a stock image of an item.
