They removed breach protocol from the quickhack menu entirely, if that's what you're asking, so you don't open up every encounter with that and its effects have instead been spread out through the skill tree.
If you're not seeing any quickhacks you've somehow unequipped them and need to go into the cyberdeck through the inventory screen to reequip them.
So is it right that there is no way to upload daemons to a bunch of enemies at once any more, besides contagion?
In the skill tree there's a perk that gives any quickhack a chance of spreading, and IIRC some of the decks will spread certain kinds of quickhacks on too. Otherwise it's just contagion, the new monowhip relic perk from the DLC, and maybe a few other edge cases where a quickhack will spread if certain conditions are met (I can't remember if it's a feature of some of the higher level ones or not).
