New quest: Stand in a public place (college campus might be good) with an exclamation mark over your head and a quest to give anyone who asks, and a suitable reward ready (like candy or something cheap like that.)

As a MGS fan who has never played WoW (what other games use exclamation mark? I'm not sure), if I saw an exclamation mark over someone's head, I'd probably take off running away from them :P
