I really dislike EV incentives. Can we give those to people who buy bicycles and make subsidise public transit instead?

EV incentives are beneficial in two ways: they benefit individuals purchasing an EV, and they benefit EV manufacturers. Whereas bike/e-bike incentives and funding public transit would have actual social benefits for everyone.

I think BC has an e-bike subsidy. Do other provinces not?

I can only attest for NB but we don't have any e-bike incentives (which is to be expected in Irving-land).

From what a very cursory web search tells me, BC is the only province in Canada which offers any subsidy, rebate, or incentive for e-bikes.
