I was picturing a train car wearing a giant wetsuit
I was picturing the train car being like a submarine, but it's full of water so the guy is sitting in there in a wetsuit and waiting to reach South Korea
I thought the train did go underwater but he had to be outside of ot, hanging on to it. Hence the scuba.
I know Mexican drug-smuggling cartels know how to move a significant amount of drugs in a cheap submarine.
