Been trying to remember my password for the last few days, I’ve given up so new account.
Found out I have asthma today and that’s the reason for my cough that just won’t let up. I didn’t know you could develop it as an adult? What a nice Christmas present.
It could be due to bad asthma thunderstorms, which have been happening recently. Might want to get yourself a ventolin puffer just in case
Doc prescribed me both a preventative puffer to take for the next couple weeks and the normal blue one. I just had the blue puffer earlier and I feel like I can breathe again! And barely any cough. I didn’t realise how constricted my breathing was until now.
Hoping this is seasonal and will be gone once pollen season is over 🤞
I have had to put the laptop away to stop myself going mad. The bot will be out of action for a while longer.
They have changed the way logging in works (as many people have noticed) and all of the programming for daily posts use a piece of information that no longer exists ☹️
Hope the Bot#001 at least brings you back a t-shirt.

Second last day of work (until next week) and bosses are trying to tie things up before they go on leave.
My standard reply is "i'm here next week, so I'll look at it then", fully knowing they're all off until mid Jan.

Th mix is made and is good but was too soft for the moulds. In the fridge and then try again.

Well that's me done for the year.
Time for goon and think about the construction of a ham sammich for dins.
I created a new dessert. I didn't have topping for my icecream so I melted biscoff spread in the microwave, drizzled it on the top followed by crumbed biscoff biscuits. It was a bit like a Golden Gaytime on steroids. And that is how I created a masterpiece.
Brain is stuck. Maybe if I made a list of stuff to do tomorrow I can get some motivation

Well, some things never change.
Stood around at JB trying to catch the eye/arm of anyone in a lanyard.
10 minutes later I left and bought the same product in about 30 seconds. Granted it cost $10 more, but quite frankly my time is worth more than the $1 per minute that JB expected me to wait around.

My JB protip is to go the games or TVs section, or gaming even. There's usually staff there.

Gah. Got logged out again.
Got my whipper snipper replaced. But it’s a slightly different model and it’s that much heavier that it’s a bit of struggle. And it doesn’t have the heavy duty grass cutting attachment. Not happy ryobi.
Cleaned 2 coolrooms and various other odd places in the kitchen at work, including underneath freezers. Boss tested positive for Covid so Ive tested myself a couple of times out of sheer paranoia.
Toilet paper has finally been delivered. Now I have a large box of toilet paper, plus 2x boxes of tissues boxes and 2x boxes of kitchen towel rolls 😂. Elder's school books arrived at the post office, that was quick. Went to Richmond to pick up new pre-owned refurbished laptop and it looks fantastic! Soooo happy. Just need a couple more small things to pad out some Xmas presents and I am done. Oh, and I've got to get a chicken to roast for Christmas. Tomorrow is the last day of work, and I want to sleep for a week afterwards!
Does anyone know of any Orphan Xmas stuff happening this year? Not keen to spend Xmas day by myself
I have a bottle of wine I bought a few weeks ago which I was saving for.. well I dunno really.. just a sunny day I suppose. Now I'm thinking maybe I'll drink it tomorrow after I finish up for the year but I KINDA want to drink it now too.
I could always drink it now then go and get another tomorrow and drink that one too!

mmm I just ran out of dim sims the other night. I've been making a mix of kecap manis (thicc sweet soy sauce) and sweet chilli sauce for them when I steam them. Quite lovely.
Still have this afternoon and tomorrow to go but I've just had my last meeting of the year so baaaaaasically I'm done!
Ah shizen I forgot the Big Bash is on tonight here, I was gonna go but it's just about half over :(
Welp, I worked right through the night and basically haven't been asleep since 7am yesterday and still gotta keep going till 3pm today...
But as of 6:30 am this morning I have finally. Finally. After 5.5 years of tedious whinging across two DTs... Finished my last piece of work as an employee of this business.
Just off to pick up the carshare to go ferry the laptop and shit to the office after a last coffee at Saazaa, then show my face at the Christmas whatsit... and Dobby is free!!!!
