Is there a way for me to export a list of the communities I'm subscribed to and import this list to another account on another instance?

That is a feature that is available in lemmy v0.19.

Go to your profile settings trough the site. There you’ll see a section for importing/exporting your subscriptions, just click on it and it should download a json file.

As long as you’re on 0.19 it’s at the bottom of the main settings page.
