With this kind of photo, it gives a strange feeling.
I know this is really nit picky, but hear me out. Calling this a photo is bad. It's definitely an image /picture, but a photo is taken by a camera and I believe that by definition it's of something that really exists, something real.
Calling AI generated pictures "photos" starts to blur the lines or conceptual reality. By saying it we begin the process of accepting and redefining it.
How about video generated by AI?
Filmed vs video. One is a format, the other refers to the medium.
What can we call it in Spanish, or French? Where does it stop? Sounds like you need to adapt.
