The monkey (demons?) leg looks weird. Like its fused to the rock. Same goes for his foot.
He's wearing swimming flippers. Why? I have no idea. But he's wearing swimming flippers.
Looks like a seal's flipper more than a foot yeah, maybe it's a littoral demon. Looking at its curved, pointy ears gives me that vibe too.
