You’re still not thinking like the capitalists. They’re not getting any of those land and resources, all of them are simply scams to suck in naive investors’ money and create proper legal channels for the government money to flow in. Somebody’s gonna take those money and run.
And if they lose those ghouls can invest in russias new booming natural resource markets and help them get around performatove sanctions.
