Looks like I'd better brush up my resume. Was told by my manager that there will be no raises again this year. After 2 years of no raise, and inflation the way it's been, my salary is now worth the same as it was when I got a promotion in 2021 (last time I got a raise). And actually, based on my starting income in 2016, I make less than I did then with no experience.
