Heck yes, this is gonna be a great weekend! Hopefully my boy Jake can wrap this thing up, but given that this is FE things might look very different on Monday.

Unlucky Jake. Fingers crossed for the race where anything can happen.

Qualifying is about to begin. For anyone new to Formula E here is how it will work

Qualifying Format

The power levels mentioned are for the old gen 2 cars, the gen 3 are up to 350kw, but the format remains unchanged.

Nice driving by fenestraz, unlucky Wehrlein just missing out on the duels.

~~Scrap that, Vandoorne and Bird lap times removed for not slowing under yellow flag. Wehrlein through to the duels.~~

Red flag, big crash for Jake Hughes

Jaguar and especially Mitch are beasts here. A likely double winner, unless Sam decides to steamroll his teammate once again. Seriously though a lot could happen during the race(s) or the quali tomorrow so there's still a lot to be excited for. A decent result for Maserati, could have been better.

Race starts in about 10 minutes.

Jaguar lockout on the front row, and title contenders Dennis, Cassidy and Wehrlein, in 7th, 9th and 10th.
