Staley’s probably gonna praise his defense, and to be fair when you shut out an opponent you should get some praise. They made some good plays.

But the rain was clearly bothering both teams offenses, and the Pats have one of the worst offenses in the league anyways. There were several plays that should’ve been big gains that weren’t because either Zappe missed the throw or the receiver dropped the pass.

The Patriots just held a team to 6 points and at absolutely NO POINT did it look like they even remotely had a chance of winning at ANY point in the game.
