Guy on the right: "Now just hold still for the next 3 hours while these two artists draw the group portrait."
Guy in the back: "This would be so much faster if they just used cameras"
They're a bunch of extras and the person in the chair is a director. The people with clipboards are set management or some other kind of logistics employee.
I wish I had something more funny or insightful, but this image isn't abstract enough.
