Judgement should be suspended until the boot is off their neck. Even if they weren't that oppressed by imperialism, it's still icky. Working class people living in the imperial core ought to focus more on overthrowing their own bourgeois governments. What use is an American's criticism of China, for example? You're just joining a chorus of bloodthirsty bourgeois voices, even if your criticism is of a different variety and intention, and coming from the opposite direction politically.
