Heard about this on another channel in a video about toll roads. The contract even requires them to compensate the company for any road closures due to lost parking income. A stupid move by politicians who don't want to do long term planning.

I've heard that the people of Chicago are very pissed at that mayor to this day. I don't blame them, it was a fucking terrible decision
